Happy New Year 2011 - A Culture of Impunity

On New Years Eve and New Years Day 2011, I spent my time mostly listening to other people who have been targeted for various reasons,  giving a lot of thought to this issue and what the New Year will bring.

January is National Stalking Awareness month.

Michele had also sent me a rather interesting article on a case decision called Jessica Gonzalez vs United States. This decision concluded that all signatories to the OAS American Declaration of the Rights and Duties of Man are legally bound to ensure that the principles in the American Declaration are upheld. If they are not, citizens of the signatory countries have the legal right to approach OAS bodies as recourse. Canada is a signatory to this declaration.

This is an important decision for those of us who cannot get justice through our domestic justice systems for various reasons, not the least of which is rogue, mercenary police, government, corporate and professional involvement often at the highest levels as well as the active participation of certain unethical private investigation firms.

It’s also an alarm bell to those who engage in Organized Stalking and all of it’s associated criminal conspiracies usually involving dirty tricks practices like framing people using doppelgangers and identity theft; terrorizing them through harassment such as vandalism and invasion of privacy; various forms of psychological abuse such as gaslighting, as well as including the exchange of favours and bribes often at the highest levels of politics and government using bribed agents of influence, which, by definition results in the weakening and corruption of the democratic process.

One of the considerations in this case was the problem of the culture of impunity that gets created when rogue officers and other rogue members of the justice system violate the rights of citizens by ignoring existing criminal and civil law. This is what happened in Jessica’s case resulting in the tragic murders of her three children.

In the cases of those of us who are targeted, the culture of impunity that is created is one of psychopaths, rogue and mercenary officers, government officials, corporate executives, politicians, lawyers, medical personnel, and other professionals, etc. actually engaging in criminal conspiracy to break the law.

This was well demonstrated in the video I published previously called, Listen To A Stranger, where ordinary people were asked to commit crimes such as robbery, drugging, and kidnapping at the behest of actors who were impersonating police officers, federal agents, bounty hunters, etc. as well as the victims of these crimes.

Not a single person questioned either the identity of the person or the legal authority of the request to commit the crime. One woman explicitly stated that she assumed she wouldn’t get in trouble since the person asking her to rob a woman claimed to be a police officer.

It is this culture of impunity and the blind faith sheep mentality that it encourages that the American Declaration can protect us from.

While the targets of this type of abuse have been few in numbers, the numbers are rapidly increasing and these strategies are now becoming standard practice in the abuse of social activists, whistle blowers, etc. as well as innocent targets like me and others.

It’s my opinion, that people like me who were targeted in the 1960s and 1970s were simply the experimental test cases for the development of these techniques by Psychopathic rogue and mercenary elements who have now created an industry out of them and are advocating and selling them to government agencies, corporations, organized crime and any other buyer who can afford it and wants to target someone for any number of reasons.

Please note that I'm not saying that Cyril had some insidious plan to do this. going back to the 1950s. He's an incredibly stupid person and I seriously doubt he is capable of such foresight. He was a psychopath with an obsession and deeply paranoid about getting caught. These are processes and techniques that evolved over time and he simply pushed the envelope as his psychopathic obsessions worsened. He does these things because he can and if he were intelligent things would be far worse. The only thing that he is really good at is ensuring that he doesn't get caught.

Cyril is a psychopath and targeting a particular type of woman for stalking and harassment is his psychopathic obsession, his past involvement with intelligence and police agencies, combined with his extremist outlooks has resulted in him industrializing and selling his services and techniques. So, in my case, he would be (and was) stalking me whether or not his organization existed but the others he stalks, he does so on contract or when they interfere (inadvertently or otherwise) in a campaign he is currently running.

David Lawson, a Florida private investigator and author of the book, Cause Stalking, confirms the existence of groups like this as well as offers a lot of insight into who these groups are and how they work.

His book is based on his own personal experience when he infiltrated an Organized Stalking group which operated all the way up the East Coast of the US and Canada and appeared to be based in Florida. If this was, in fact, Cyril’s group which is highly likely, there is also a West Coast operation.

The timing of the existence of this group is interesting because it came to light after Cyril R purchased a condominium in Palm Beach, Florida and began making connections with local active and retired FBI, CIA and Homeland Security people through his Palm Beach Jewish community connections as well as his extremist and terrorist Kahane Chai / Jewish Defense League connections there.

A video, recently sent to Mary Lou and forwarded to me, describing the type of harassment, psychological abuse and stalking a New Yorker is currently undergoing because of his whistle-blowing and stance to defend his personal rights under the Labour Code has Cyril Rs modus operandi all over it. It’s quite unsurprising to me that it all seemed to start after this man’s friends met a woman in Florida who insinuated herself into their lives.

The recent suicide of Maddox son is also quite unsurprising to me given the huge drop in charitable donations made by Cyril’s foundation in 2009 and 2010. The timing indicates that Cyril’s “foundation” was likely one of Maddox’s victims since his scam was exposed at the end of 2008.

Of course, only an insane Psychopath like Cyril would target the very people who exposed the scam, Maddox’s sons, instead of those who participated in and enabled the scam. There is an insane rationale to it though. If the sons hadn’t exposed the scam Cyril could have continued with the appearance of being a wealthy philanthropist while engaging in his psychopathic stalking and abuse. It was a handy dandy cover which they effectively, albeit quite unintentionally tore away.

Given this and other developments, I expect 2011 to be quite an interesting year.
